Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every Reelens customer to get value. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for Reelens by Selective Communication.

1. Eligibility for refund

You are eligible for a full refund if any of the following apply:

• The analysis pipeline fails and we are unable to generate your report despite multiple attempts (this is automated — your money is automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days).
• The Instagram profile you submitted was private at the time of analysis and could not be scanned — and you contact us within 24 hours of payment.
• A technical error (verified by our logs) prevented you from accessing the report you paid for.

2. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not issued in these cases:

• You changed your mind after receiving a completed report.
• You are dissatisfied with the AI's recommendations or scores.
• The Instagram profile changed after the analysis was completed.
• You provided a wrong handle and a complete report was generated for that handle.

3. How to request a refund

1. Email selectivecommunication@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment.

2. Include: your Razorpay payment ID, the Instagram handle analyzed, and the reason.

3. We will respond within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund method

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI / card / wallet) via Razorpay. We cannot transfer refunds to a different payment instrument.

5. Cancellation

Because Reelens is a one-time pay-per-report service (not a subscription), there is no cancellation to perform. You only pay when you choose to unlock a report.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to block your access to the Service. We strongly encourage you to email us first — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
