Welcome to Reelens ("we", "us", "our") operated by Selective Communication. By accessing or using our service at reelens.app or any related domains (the "Service"), you ("user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Service description

Reelens is an AI-powered analytics product that provides automated growth audits for public Instagram business profiles. We use third-party services (Apify for scraping public profile data, Google Gemini and OpenAI for AI analysis, Razorpay for payment processing) to generate downloadable reports.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only:

• For its intended purpose: analyzing your own Instagram business profile or a profile you have explicit authorization to audit.
• In compliance with all applicable laws and Instagram's Terms of Use.
• Without attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse our API, exceed rate limits, or interfere with our infrastructure.
• Without using the Service to harass, defame, or generate insights against third parties without their consent.

We reserve the right to refuse service, ban users, and forfeit any pending payments for violations.

4. Payments

• The Service is offered on a one-time pay-per-report basis at ₹799 per analysis (subject to change with notice).
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
• Pricing displayed at checkout is final. Applicable taxes (GST) will be calculated and shown by our payment processor.
• Successful payment grants you a one-time report for the specific Instagram handle entered. Reports are not transferable.

5. Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (Apify, Instagram, OpenAI, Google), or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for delays caused by these third parties.

6. Intellectual property

• The Service, its design, code, content, and AI-generated reports are owned by Selective Communication.
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report you purchase for your personal or internal business use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our reports without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

• Reports are AI-generated and provided "as is" for informational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee that following the recommendations will result in any specific outcome (followers, engagement, revenue).
• Reports rely on publicly available Instagram data at the time of analysis; we cannot guarantee data freshness or completeness.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, or any third-party service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Selective Communication, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selective Communication from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (Mumbai jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered location.
